If you have to cancel your party then we will do everything to assist you in either moving the party to another suitable date/time or providing you with a refund. If the cancellation is more that 14 days in advance we can offer a full refund however inside of 14 days we will offer you a credit voucher to be used in the store.

A party host is there to help your party run smoothly, and make the experience more seamless. Whilst un-hosted parties are required to check in at reception, the hosted parties are directed straight to their respective table or room, where the host can check the guests in and provide them with grip socks and wrist bands.  Hosts will take the children up to the activities and spend time with them in the centre, they will serve food and drinks, serve and cut the cake, and generally provide assistance wherever they can.

Our catered parties do include plates, cutlery and napkins! Everything you need for a successful party will be provided. Self catered parties do need to provide their own plates and cutlery, although there are napkins available at the tables. We do not provide tablecloths for the tables as they are timber finished laminate tables, but you are more than welcome to bring in your own tablecloths if you wish to. We do not include table decorations. You are welcome to bring your own decorations into the centre but you cannot attach anything to the walls or roof.

Please don’t forget to update us with your final guest numbers prior to the party. On the day you will be expected to pay for the number of guests you have booked for, as we have reserved these spaces for you. 

When you book a party, the invitation will be provided electronically via a link in the confirmation email. You are welcome to attend the centre and collect hard copies of the party invitations at no extra charge.

Yes, you are welcome to bring in most food from outside the centre for both party guests and the adults who are attending. The only exceptions are pizza and alcohol. Pizza can always be ordered from our Italian style in house pizza restaurant.

The bonus hour is available for all 4.30pm and 5.30pm parties and extends the party from a 2.5 hour party to 3.5 hours. Your guests will be able to participate in all activities including jumping and laser tag from 5pm regardless of the party package booked.

We include 3 slices of pizza per child. You will be able to select from a variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian pizza toppings. Gluten Free pizza bases and vegan cheese are also available for an extra charge.  Please contact us for any specific dietary requirements.

Yes, all our vegetarian, lamb and chicken pizzas are halal.

Yes, we include a birthday cake and birthday candles with our catered party packages. One cake usually serves around 14 children, and we will bring out additional cakes to cater for additional paid guests at no additional charge. If you require an additional cake for adult guests we can provide one, but it will be at an additional charge.

Some party packages do include Party Favours – check the party inclusions to confirm. 

Each paid guest will be provided a pair of 360 Grip Socks either by the host of the party or at reception when checking in. Please note grip socks are not included in our midweek parties. 

You can order additional pizzas or bowls of hot chips (each serve approximately 5 – 8 children) as part of your party package. You can also order Slushy Drinks for your guests too. The Onsite Café serves a variety of snacks, food and drinks which can be ordered on site from the café during your party. Panini Platters, Cheese Platters, Antipasto Platters, Vegetarian Samosa and Pastry Platters and Churros Platters are now also a new welcome addition to our parties.
