Can I purchase a gift card?
Our gift vouchers are digital gift cards and they are sent to either the purchaser or the person they are being purchased for. They can be redeemed by making an on line booking or used directly to purchase anything in the store.
How Do The General Session Times Work?
Monday through Friday at 5 pm during school terms the general admission sessions are for unlimited time and there is no specific start or end to the session times. After 5 pm on Friday and across the weekends, school holidays and public holidays, sessions are either 1 hour, 2 hours or 3 hours in length, and commence when you sign in at the centre.
What if I am late?
If you run late to your booking, we will start you in the next session. You won’t miss out or forefeit your booking.
What if I need to move the booking?
If you need to move the booking, simply email the centre and request the new time and date. In the event that the time you are trying to move to is unavailable we will help you find a suitable time where there is availability. We can also issue a credit voucher for the booking which will allow you to rebook the session yourself when it is convenient.
What’s the go with Grip Socks?
Grip socks, or trampoline socks, have a substantial grip surface area on the soul in order to prevent you from slipping and falling whilst on the trampolines. We require all participants to where grip socks, although they do not have to be our socks – they can be from any professional trampoline centre.
Do you offer Group Discount rates?
There is special pricing available to groups of ten or more, and those discounts are available to book on line. If you do have much bigger groups contact the centre to discuss how we can help book your group in the most efficient way we can!
Is there a Family Pass available?
We offer a family pass which allows an entry for a group of four. It is able to be booked on line. Whilst it is intended to be used with at least one adult and one child, it can be used for four members of the same family group.
Can we purchase food and drink in the centre?
There is a café in the centre which sells snacks, hot food and drinks.
What is this about a Waiver?
Like all sporting activities, participation comes with inherent risks, and the waiver involves an acknowledgement and acceptance of those risks. It is required to be filled out for all participants, and must be completed by a person over 18 years of age. Participants under 18 years of age must have it completed by an adult guardian or responsible person.
Are the activities at the centre suitable for all ages?
The activities within the centre cater for all ages. Whilst some are more suitable for older participants there is ample activities for younger children. There is no age limit to participate.
Is there a separate area for younger children?
The centre does have an area which is set aside for children under 8 years of age, affording them some protection. In incorporates trampolines, soft play and some tables for parents to sit and supervise from.
What if I need to Cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your booking we are able to issue you a credit voucher which you can use in the future. These vouchers are valid for three years.
